Our Story
Started in a 200 sq. ft. shop on Railway Road.
Richlook began in 2016 when Rakesh & Simran Chawla, a hairdressing duo trained in Delhi, decided Hisar deserved a salon that felt like the city's best-kept secret rather than another roadside parlour. They started with two chairs, one wash basin, and a promise: every client leaves looking like the best version of themselves.
Nine years on, Richlook has grown into a 2,400 sq. ft. unisex studio on Model Town Road with a team of 14 stylists, colourists and therapists, but the founding promise hasn't moved an inch. We still do a consultation before every single service, we still mix our colour formulas by hand, and we still remember our regulars' coffee order.
